At Jung Family Painting, the holidays aren’t just about lights, laughter, and fresh coats of color—they’re about community. Every year, we host two special holiday fundraisers with one goal in mind: to make a difference where it matters most.

Who We Help

Little Friends is a cornerstone of the community, dedicated to empowering children and adults with autism and other developmental differences. Their work is considered “life-changing” because they provide a continuum of care that often includes:

Specialized Education: Schools tailored to students who thrive in alternative learning environments.
Vocational Training: Helping adults gain independence through job coaching and employment opportunities.
Residential Services: Providing safe, supportive living environments that foster dignity and autonomy.
Family Support: Offering resources and respite for parents and caregivers navigating the complexities of developmental challenges.

Why We Do It

Every holiday season, Jung Family Painting owners, Judy and Bob Jung roll up their sleeves not just for painting projects, but for something even bigger—giving back.

For them, the joy of the season isn’t complete without rallying the community to support Little Friends, a local non-profit that empowers people with autism and developmental differences. What started as a simple idea has become a tradition: hosting two holiday fundraisers each year to turn holiday cheer into meaningful change.

Painting For A Cause

Through “Painting for a Cause,” Bob and Judy are bringing the community together to support local nonprofits in need. In partnership with JC Licht, donated paint and volunteer painters help transform community spaces and make a lasting impact.

Nonprofits in need of painting support are encouraged to connect with us, and supporters can follow along for upcoming #ForACause community projects throughout the year.

A Community That Steps Up #ForACause

When tragedy struck Naperville in 2020, the community came together with compassion and action. After the tornado impacted local families and homes, the Jungs launched “Blocks Party For A Cause” alongside a Bike Bald fundraiser to support neighbors in need.

What began as a heartfelt response quickly grew into a powerful community tradition:

150+ neighbors came together in support
Funds were raised to provide clothing, food, and essential relief
The event became an annual summer tradition dedicated to giving back and strengthening the community
